John Cooper Clarke

X-Posure:

Tasked with exposing a subject, I created a poster-zine, which revealed famous poet John Cooper Clarke to the younger audience - a group within society who may be unfamiliar with him and his work.

Using selections from his new autobiography ‘I Wanna Be Yours’ as the contents of the poster-zine, I exposed his abuse with drugs (the ink splatters representative of a syringe), his on stage and off stage life (red, white and black symbolising this dramatic contrast) and his connections with famous musicians.
